About A Better Way Resource Center

A Better Way Resource Center was created from a simple belief:

Strong families deserve a real chance to succeed.

Our founder saw firsthand how many hardworking parents in Las Vegas were struggling to stay afloat despite doing everything they could to provide for their children. Families with both parents working were still facing impossible challenges — rising housing costs, limited childcare options, unstable employment opportunities, and a lack of guidance on where to turn for help.

Too often, these families fall into a gap:

working too hard to give up, but still lacking the support needed to build long-term stability.

A Better Way Resource Center was founded to bridge that gap.

What began as a vision to help families “get back on their feet” grew into a mission centered on empowerment, stability, and opportunity. The organization was built to connect families with resources that can create lasting change — including workforce development, career training, housing resource navigation, childcare support connections, financial education, and community mentorship.

We believe families should not have to face hardship alone.
